Moyo Communications Limited is a company that was only formed in August last year. It is not an established company so it is possible that they will take their commission from the provider and not pay out any cashback.

Help! Has anyone heard of this company?

Hi, I'm new to this forum and would like some help or advice. Your response would be greatly appreciated

I run a small business in london and I haven't been trading long. So you can imagine I require a lot of new products and services i.e website, bank account, business broadband and phone line etc etc.

To my surprise I recieved a call on my personal mobile phone (still don't know how they got my number) from a guy claiming to represent Opal Telecom. He said that he is an independent dealer and works with various telecom/broadband providers. His call couldn't have come at a better time as I was currently searching the market for business broadband providers.

He offered me a cheap broadband package from Opal which included 24mb broadband for £10, phone line for £13, free daytime calls £6, free evening and weekend calls for £6, free installation and unlimited downloads. So all in all I would pay £35 per month which I thought was really good and I almost signed up there and then but my cautiousness kicked in and I told him I would call him back once I had done some investigation. I could sense he was eager to sign me up but he wasn't agressive which was a relief, as I hate pushy salesmen who don't take no for an answer.

Now here's the bit I'm curious about. As we concluded our conversation he said if I take the opal broadband package I would also get £15 cash back in my account after a month of being connected to the service. The offer sounded too good to be true so I checked on Opal's website but I couldn't see the £15 cashback offer anywhere, it only seems to be on the dealers website.

The company is called Moyo Communication and thier website is http://www.moyocomm.com/

    My questions are:

    1. has anyone dealt with this company before?
    2. what was your experience like with them?
    3. how is it possible for a dealer to offer cash insentive (moyo communication) when the broadband company itself (opal) don't offer it to potential customers?

My dilema is, I like the package but do I go with opal directly and know I'm being dealt with by them but no cash insentive or do I go with an unknown middleman i.e moyo communication and get the £15 cash?

Please help if you can as I need to be connected soon and if anyone has any information about this company I would really appreciate it.
