    Hi, I sent an eamil and had a nice response saying that they could get into the account. I tried the settings they used and it worked. Not sureif anything had been changed by them or not. try this email address: myaccount@edfenergy.com

    Hi, just tried to get into my on-line account and the previous credentials failed to work, and a new 12 digit account number failes to be recognised on an alternative web site.

    Anyone else had this problem?
