I have VM with Sky Sports. I believe you are required to have a minimum of 12 months subscription for the premium channels e.g. Sky Sports. You can only downgrade the VM channel option, subject to a charge.

It says this in their 'legal stuff' , it does not state the charge.?

Downgrading services in your bundle during the minimum period will attract a charge. Customers must retain a minimum of TV size:M+ for duration of contract.

As to be expected though... it may not be beneficial to downgrade as the charges may be higher than fulfilling the entire contract, the only way you could clarify is to call them and see what they have to say.

Is it possible to put your virgin media on hold or downgrade?

Hi, 2 months ago I purchased the sports 100 channel package with the V+ box. Well I am now going away for the summer for four months, is theere anyway I can downgrade for this period of time or put it on hold or am I stuck in a contract with the package? Is there anything I can do or try?

    Thanks for any help
