If you're new to our community, a warm welcome and large, friendly "hello".
I'm Graeme the moneysupermarket.com community editor and I very much hope you enjoy reading our community forum and you find a wealth of useful information, help, support and advice. If you haven't signed up yet - why not? It's free and doesn't cost a penny. Click here to sign up.
Our aim and purpose is simple: to chat about issues that affect our personal finances and help each other find the best tips, clever tricks and simplest ways to manage your money.
We're a friendly, helpful bunch - and I trust the 'regulars' will introduce themselves in due course. Keep a look out for some of our members with lovely bright shiny avatars too - they indicate that they were voted 'Most helpful' by other members in a particular forum in 2009. They're some of the the wisest, most helpful people I know and I'm proud (not to mention lucky) to be able to call on them for their thoughts and opinions.
We chat about everything to do with money and finance - from savings, credit cards, car insurance and gas and electricity to debt, home insurance, mobile phones, broadband, travel insurance, loans, household bills and more. We're very keen to hear your thoughts, feeling and opinions on just about anything you'd like to talk about. All we ask in return is that you act within our community standards and are polite, friendly and look after each other as you would if you met them in a cafe, on a train, at a restaurant, in a library...anywhere in the real world, really.
Anyway, enough waffle from me. I hope you'll take the time to say hello and introduce yourself and add your magic to help make this an even better place to come to for help, advice and support on making the most of your money.
Welcome!
