Actually, when I emailed them, they were fab.

Calling them was a disaster, however!!

You could try e-mailing them at customer-service AT uk.orange.com although they aren't very useful and will probably ask you to ring them.

I  know how you feel - there is no e-mail address on their site just telephone numbers.  Whatever you do don't make the mistake I made when ringing them - it must have cost me a fortune over the last few weeks - it seems their catchphrase is 'you will have to ring back tomorrow' or they end up putting you on hold.  The telephone menus are very poor and in this day of emailing etc they should at least provide email contacts.

How about friends/neighbours bringing a phone round?

i seem to be having a problem contacting orange every time i phone i cant press any of the options when i do it takes me back to the start of the menu i have been on other numbers with a touch tone and got there menus no problem my question is, is there a way to contact orange about getting a MAC code via email. i cannot leave the house to phone them from another phone as im 39 weeks pregnant and have been put on bed rest.
