Thanks for that. I checked their t&c and it says there's a 7 day no network refund policy still. So I said I couldn't get reception and they gave me a refund and cancelled the contract. I'll be more careful in the future!!!

    Re: Vodafone returns policy

I recently bought a piece of hardware from Vodafone. It was not faulty but the t&cs for use were not declared properly on the website and by chance I found out from a third party that they were inadequate. I didn't mess about with CS and simply wrote a brief letter to the chief executive explaining the aforementioned and requesting my money back plus suitable compensation. My suggestion is that you write a brief letter adding how disappointed you are with Vodafone CS especially in view of the rave reviews about the rejuvenated O2 from friends. Then carry on doing whatever you're doing with the rest of the empire. A shotgun (every avenue) is the best way with these companies.

    Vodafone returns policy

I bought a phone in store yesterday in Bristol and it's faulty. They told me yesterday that the phone I bought was new and it was the only one they had in stock until December. So I'm going to return it but they won't give refunds on faulty hardware. But what if they can't provide me with an immediate replacement??

Also what if they can and it goes wrong again? How many times can they keep replacing before I can have a refund?

    Cheers!
