Get the guy who fitted the new parts to come back and sort it out. Does sound like the diverter value isn't working properly.

    Hi

Could be a problem with the boiler controls or a valve? Have the new bits been fitted correctly. Suggest that you get a heating engineer around, before the problem gets worse.

Central Heating - Potterton Profile Boiler

I am having problems with my potterton profile boiler. Could someone please help me figure out what is wrong with my cistern. When the hot water is on and no heating has been switched on, why are my radiators still warm? I've had a new value fitted and control box fitted and re-wired.

Any ideas what I should do next?
