    Re: Talk Talk

I have said here before that TT's CS is much better than BT's because after a minute or so of TT you know they are awful but BT can lull you into a false sense of security that they are going to sort out your problem. Both are normally polite at the start but when they find saying the same thing over and over again is not helping the blood pressure I know what's coming. A transfer to a specialist which in reality is just an opportunity to cut off the call. I blame the system first and the operative second.

I wonder if talk talk staff are in training for B.T. As much as they have a gangsterish style of dealing with customers, ( I was treated with contempt by them for a while ) but my experiences with B.T. still has me in fits of laughter, you couldn't make it up. Please read on just for a giggle! Last December they cut my 'phone. Countless calls asking why resulted in nobody knowing why, or when the line would be reinstated, it was, to a wrong number for 30 days! in addition, a person who was doing head of 'customer care' impersonations dispatched duplicate letters ( got at the cooking sherry destined for the xmas party? ) saying how delighted she was that the moving of my line had been completed. much as the chap from the chairmans office ( well thats what he claimed ) was very civil, and the chaps with the tools were polite and on time, the shower in the middle would disgrace a third world start up outfit.
