The name of the company (something followed by Ltd, Plc, Llp or similar) isn't on their web site (at least I can't find it anywhere obvious), nor is their company registration number, FSA registration number or anything else to tell you exactly who you are dealing with.

Anyone asking for an up front fee is scamming you.
