You can ask you bank but I suspect that if the cheques were banked more than a week or so ago, yes, being realistic, it is too late. If any of the cheques have not been banked, you should ask you bank not to pay them.
Similarly with the visa payment, you can ask your bank but there will be a time limit for disputing transactions which will almost certainly now have passed.
