I also had a Morgan Stanley card, but this was taken over some years ago, first by Goldfish and then by Barclaycard. It does not matter than you didn't sign a credit agreement with B, there is no need to sign a new credit agreement, as these can be transferred with the card.

They did write to me and Barclaycard have been excellent. Their new website is also fantastic.

Need some help if poss ?

Did have acard with Morgan but was taken over by Barclaycard. Did not find out for about 2 months as moved. Also could not pay account as web page gone.

Never got a barclaycard and could not pay on line and still cannot. They are sure they sent a card but I never got it or them.

Now a stop an account as over limit, have paid via phone when they ring me etc

How can I stop my PPI on this card as never signed an agreement with BC.

Nearly 2 years and no card !!!!

Any advice anyone.

Have written to them again and told them my new address ( Faxed to them ) and asked for PPI to be stopped.
