Terms and Conditions

The Prize Draw will run from 26 October 2009 until 1st November 2009.

The Prize Draw is open to everyone who follows the moneysupermarket.com/love2recycle Twitter profile and reposts the entry message as specified in the instructions.

There are 5 prizes available in total.

The prize is a choice of the of the following:

£200 High St shopping vouchers; or
* A SIM-free phone compatible on the network of their choice to the value of £200.

No cash alternative is available.

Entry to this prize draw signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The promoter of this prize draw competition is moneysupermarket.com Limited (“Ms.com”).

The competition is not open to employees of Ms.com.

No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.

Ms.com does not accept responsibility for any entries that are not received.

The prize is non transferable.

The last Prize Draw winner will be selected at random from all completed entries, within 15 days of the closing date of this competition and no later than 15th November 2009.

The Prize Draw winners will be notified with a private message via the Twitter website. It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure that they have provided accurate contact details, and that they respond to any communication regarding delivery/ acceptance of the prizes. In the case that moneysupermarket.com is unable to distribute a prize/ contact the winner within 30 days, it may re-allocate the prize to an alternative winner.

Only the profile names of the Prize Draw winners will be posted on the Twitter profile. The winners shall then be informed individually.

The Prize Draw winners must be willing to participate in all post event publicity if required by Ms.com.

The names of the winners will be available to anyone sending a stamped addressed envelope to Moneysupermarket House, St David’s Park, Chester, CH5 3UZ.

MS.com reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold the prize for violating any of these terms. Ms.com reserves the right to amend these rules at its discretion and any amendments will be published herein.

The decision of Ms.com is final and binding and no correspondence on the outcome of the competition will be entered in to.
