Hi there, just wondering if anyone can give us some advice. We have recently moved to the US, and need to remortgage our flat which we are currently renting out in the UK. We also need to extend our lease, we estimate that this will cost about 10K GBP.

However I understand that because we are no longer UK Tax Payers it may not be possible to add the cost of the lease extension on to the remortgage.....

Does anyone know anything about this...
