I'd recommend no one stays with lloyds or indeed considers lloyds the following are some of the probems I have had:
a) none takes ownership of a problem
b) apperently they do not have a corporate directory so basildon for example does not know who works in the brighton cc
c) the complaint process is geared to them NOT the customer - indeed it has taken x2.5 weeks approx for a contact and then they did not answer their phone on a number of occasions
d) I have been waiting for a refund cheque for nearly a MONTH (x1 day away) and they STILL cannot say for definite when i will receive this
e) they are not keeping information correctly under the data protection act i believe - ask how many lines they allocate on the record to a call (2.5 lines!)
f) the accounts department refuses to talk to customers ! who pays their wages
g) No one at head office answers queries
I believe the cheque has been pilfered and they do not seem to worry about the Police being called!
It would be nice if someone could come back to me from the bank on my complaint _ i will keep you posted BUT DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR LLOYDS check the cc against others!
