you can only get a refund if they dont find you a loan within 6 months, they dont have a cooling off period I have contacted the financial ombudsman to see if i can get my money back, I have also cancelled my bank card I was told i would have the money in my account by last thursday and it wasnt there I spoke to them apparently the letter with the details of the people who have agreed my loan is in the post which means that I have to contact them and it costs £1.50 a minute to ring them provident interest is really high and there maximum amount for a loan is only £500.have you tried contacting the tax credit office if you are working more than 16 hrs you might be entitled to some help.

if you are over 25 and work more than 30 hrs a week then you might be entitled to working tax credits.

denots26:. I dont want debt management just a small loan to tie me over for the next few months- the next few months are quite bad- all my bills such as the cars MOT and tax are due and the insurance company are screaming at me for a double payment.

    Hi

Have a look at Zopa Loans to see whether this is an option.

Also someone recently suggested nofeeloans and could see no adverse comments.

Just make sure that any such loans is not going to drag you deeper into the S***. You should really get some advice now from CAB or other debt advice service, rather than wait until it becomes an emergency with baillifs at the door.

    Urgent advice needed please

hi, to cut a long story short im trying to find a loan for bad credit ratings but has no admin fees/ Just yesterday ive been duped out of 50 pounds by a company...only found this out after reading the terrible reviews on this site. had to cancel my bank card to stop them trying to take cash. doubtful I wil get a refund from them though.

I know its my own fault but on their site it said that they were certificated for good service. i know i know im a gullible idiot.

Anyway Im only working part time at the mo so money is tight and im terrified of getting into too much debt. I dont want debt management just a small loan to tie me over for the next few months- the next few months are quite bad- all my bills such as the cars MOT and tax are due and the insurance company are screaming at me for a double payment.

Im looking for some advice as Ive considered a Provident loan but to be honest im not keen as they come to the house.

I should also mention I was released from a trust deed two years ago, have defaulted so many times on my credit card the company has now cancelled it. Ive borrowed cash from family members but Ive borrowed so much in the last few months I cant ask for any more

Any advice would be much appreciated as Im really quite desperate and the stress is making me quite ill.

    Thanks in advance
