    Re: Electricity supplier

Thank you so much for that, I will ring the number first thing tomorrow, and let you know how it goes.

    Cheers Lizi

I'm not going to get involved about whether you contact the supplier or wait for them to contact you but if you want to find out more Google "MPAN" and look for the Wikipedia article. Identify your area on the map and phone the appropriate telephone number. They will be able to tell you who supplies your home and provide you with the MPAN number which is helpful when setting up a supply.

Post again if you are stuck.

    Electricity supplier

    Hi

I live in a rented flat and since moving in (last December) i haven't had an electric billII For some reason I thought the supplier was Npower and emailed them, when the response was negative, I then totally forgot all about it (being very busy trying to get all the other bits and pieces sorted out - (tediously and very laboriously in the case of BT and British Gas!)

However, whilst I have felt naughty and guilty simultaneously (my only income being my state pension) I am now beginning to feel very uneasy about getting 'blasted' with an enormous bill by 'some unknown electric company' and am in a quandary as to how to go about getting myself 'plugged into the grid' as it were....

    Help - please....

    thank you

    Lizi
