Hi, I have had a problem with my bt vision ever since it was put in, I have spent hours on the phone to technicle support, and still no luck. I have had an engineer out he could'nt find a fault. He said it may be the vision box. We have had bt collections on asking me to pay the bill, I told them I will pay when they sort out the problem, they say its not there problem and told me to phone tech/faults again. As the bt vision is now suspendid tech/faults arn't able to do anything ???.
BT collections say they want me to pay the bill befor they put the service back on. the bill is now 2 quarters in arrears, I have refused to pay unless the get it fixed.
