I had Virgin Media installed on the 21th of last month and I'm enjoying the service. However I haven't been billed yet.

In the Everything you need to know manual it says that I will be charged on the 11th (today but still I haven't been charged.

When do they charge you then?

It usually reflects around the date your service became active on the system. So if you became active on the 11th, you'd get charged on the 11th of the month.

Don't let them slip on this one, phone up and find out what's going on, as if you leave it you could end up with a massive back bill in the long run.

Just phoned them and its coming today.
