As you have read the other threads, you will know what is expected on the agreement to make it enforceable.

To help others give advice, try to scan in images of the 4 pages.

    Barclaycard cca enforceable?

    Hi all

After much reading of your posts etc. i decided to request my CCA from my creditors.

Today i received a response from Barclaycard.

What they have sent me does seem to be an agreement thou it could be anyones agreement as it has no reference to myself at all.

It is a 4 page document which is not numbered in any way. The front page states Barclaycard Conditions credit agreement regulated by the consumer credit act 1974. This is a copy of your agreement for you to keep. It includes a notice about cancellation rights which you should read.

It has a box for the cancellation of the agreement but doesnt seem to have a signature box.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
