I got a broadband and calls service with virgin media. everything was ok for 1 yr and 4 months then 5 days ago they put an all outgoing calls barred thing on the line rendering my phone line useless. i dont know if anyone can ring me or not. obviously no internet either. i dont know why they have done this. they did not give any warning or reason just suddenly the internet died and so did the phone last sunday afternoon. they ignore when i ask them to give me a MAC code so i can get service with a different provider and ask them to take the stuff off the line that they have disabled it with. so i am left with no way of getting either phone or internet with anyone else and they obviously are withholding the service i am paying for them with, i have had to buy a costly mobile internet just to be able to get on with things. i dont know how long this will go on for as virgin media will not answer.
