I would guess that it will be worth repairing a 14 month old machine. I expect that the manufacturer can arrange things but it will cost less to use someone locally.
The manufacturer will be able to help but they probably will charge you for the work - it's worth asking.
You can contact your credit card issuer, if you paid for the guarantee that way, to see if they can refund anything.
We purchased a washing machine from Empire Direct in april 08, which has now ceased to work, we took aut and extra 3 year cover with the store, what is the next course of action for us......do we have any rights??? would should we contact.
