Thankyou. we are on an economy 7 tarrif as we only have electric here. we tryed to put the payments up ages ago as we said it would cover it but they told us not to worry and wait until the next bill. Our orrignal reading from when we moved in june 08 was L 38754 N 20049 i have just taken a reading and it is L 41313 N 24911. the last reading on the bill was from 28th may and that was L41082 and N24608

Any help would be much appriciated as it is our 1st home and we dont really understand it all x

£30/month is way too low for energy, so its likely that there will a debit balance. You need to post your meter readings and the name of your tariff and I will try to answer your question.

we have been with Npower since Aug last year. we have been paying £30pm (we have a small 1 bed flat and are both at work during the day) and our bill has just come in at 612.96 i cant work out how it is so high. how can i work out my meter readings into ££££s as its all so confusing and Npower are just so rude and wanting to up our payments to over £100pm :(
