    Re: Customer service and aftersales?

My opinion is that you can tell next to nothing useful about a car from 40 pictures and a scan of service history. You need a test drive and an inspection before you can judge a used car properly. The dealer that you mention will not let you do this until you have paid them £100 "deposit". If you have a look at autotrader.co.uk you will see that their prices are not that great and you will also see that other dealers (and private sellers) do not ask for a deposit before your test drive.

Many people have lost a lot of money by handing over £000s on the promise of a flash car being delivered to them. They also got money back promises and so on but many got no car and no refund.

    Customer service and aftersales?

Autoquake present themselves as an online car supermarket, no hassle, great prices, etc. I found just the car I want on their website - apparently great condition & great price - they show 40 pictures as well as the scan of the service history on the site. All good, but I live 200 miles from the car, and would like to know more about the customer service and the after sales before travelling there or having the car delivered. Any experience with Autoquake? any advice? Any issue with their money back guarantee if something goes wrong? Thanks!
