Just wondering if anyone has any experience of the above mentioned. Obviously due to the scheme I am limited to getting my mortgage with RBS, Halifax, Nationwide or woolwich. In order to get an agreement in principle due to the scheme they are all wanting me to go in and have an apointment face to face.

a) does anybody know who is offering the best mortgage for this scheme?

b) what documents do i need to supply for an AIP?

4 face to face meetings when the only times they are offering are between 10 and 12am will be a nightmare in my work diary
