Hi

I am recently seperated and was wondering about getting a mortgage, i rent at present, and have rented the same property for the last 9 years, i have £5k saved up. What mortgage is best for me to try for, i'm looking to get a property for around £100k. I earn £35k a year, and have outgoings of about £1k a month at present
