I may have posted my original request in the wrong part of the site, if so I apologise. This is the text posted on the Money - Savings Message Board last week.

Having recently opened a Ulster Bank e-Savings Plus Account to gain their attractive interest rates, after logging off their internet site, I was directed to their Home Page which advertised an interest rate of 4% AER (including an introductory bonus of 1.75% for 12 months) on their Cash ISA for Transferring in over £35,000 from another ISA Provider (with the exception of from within the RBS Group)

I'm surprised that this account does not feature on your "best buy" tables (in fact it does appear but only showing the "basic" 2.25% AER rate not the introductory bonus)

Is there some reason why this account is not shown?

Can you please advise why the "bonus rates" are not quoted? It may be that you do not include Accounts with an Introductory Bonus in your tables!
