Hi all , this is my first post on here - even after i've used this site many many times! :)

I have taken a loan out with Aliance and Leceister and I am awaiting the agreement papers to sign. HOWEVER! I no longer need the loan as a relative has offered to loan me the cash for the short time I need it.....my question is....

Can I just not sign the papers and cancel my application as I haven't agreed to accepting the loan? Will I get charged for this?

Sorry if this question has an obvious anser - but just wat to clarify in advance!
