My fiance is currently claiming back bank charges.He sent a letter to state that he has been made redundant and sent them proff of redundancy.

He received his bank statements for the past 6 years (Northern Ireland - First Trust). Is there anyway that he can speed up the refund as he is redundant? I am now printing off the template for to claim the charges.

I am also wondering what exactly he can claim?He can claim back referral charges for going over his overdraft and returned direct debits but there are also massive amounts of interest which is stated on the statements. £50 in one week on interest.Can he reclaim those?Also there are many charges for using the ATM even at his own branch. £24 every two weeks. Can he claim them back also?
