I took this card just as a safety net for the net, as I was paying £4.95 a month I had the credit builder. Now on the 27th april I sent them a letter saying that I wished to terminate the agreement and to take the funds from the account upto the agreed date.

After several letters and even a call they still have not closed the account down or taken the money, anyone else had problems terminating the agreement with them?

I have been with them for a year and so far i have not had any issues but i have never asked to cancel. What did they tell you when you called them? Can you not cancel the account by calling them but obviously you need to be sure you have paid the yearly charge as you opened the credit builder so need to pay it off - its approx £60 (£5 a month for the year).

Its been done now, but they have a backlog of 30days plus. I never had a problem up until i wanted to cancel

I have to admit that although I didnt take the cashplus card, I was impressed with the tools they had! It was this card and the one I eventually took out that i singled it down to - I have to say the customer service I experienced on both was very pleasing...
