hi i never wanted to renew my contract after a disagreement with my daughter for whom i took it out for she has gone into the store and renewed it without my consent and now i am lumbered with a bill of £30 a month although she has not used the phone they said the only way out is if i pay the full 18 months up she has left home and i know she cannot afford to pay it herself and i do not have any contact and the phone is always switched of. how can orange renew a contract without id and state because she new all my personal details this how tthey managed to do it.i am at lumbered with a bill now and nothing to show for it. any advice would be appreciated of what i can do now i do not want to go to the police etc has she is my daughte aafte all thanks

I would write, not call orange and report the fact that a none account holder managed to upgrade your contract without your consent. I know my other halfs details, but cant upgrade her phone even as I do it all for her.
