We have seen an advertisement in local news paper for installing upvc doors. We have taken a quote and installed the door .On the day of installation they told me they will pick up the waste in the next couple of days because they came by a car so I agreed but nothing happended so Icall them then they told me hey are coming that weekend and collect it but they never came so Icalled the representitive and he was bit abusive to me .The waste is kept in my garden and it is affecting my day to day activities I got a 3year old boy he canot play in the garden because of the danger. they never attend my call and the doors handle started changing colour as well . but on the advertisement they are telling that all the products are guranteed for 10 years and fensa registration The companys name is Ocean view windows they have got a website (contact number is 0800 2346128) but how can I trust them please help me
