    Re: holiday claim

I paid by debit card (A lesson learnt) i have submitted four seperate claims since sept 2008. Requiring all the statements e.t.c numerous phone calls and now numerous e-mails. In August CAA placed money into my account stating the claim is settled, well it isn`t it is no where near the amount i am claiming for. After four weeks with no reply requesting a breakdown of the payment no reply. You just have to keep going CAA have totally dicredited themselves with the disgraceful handling of the whole TCD affair.
