About 18 months back I went through a 3rd party company to reclaim my bank charges back. The thing is because It has been so long I have lost all the original paperwork and have no way in contacting this company regarding my case. I think they was called iclaim or something like that anyways, When i signed up with them ages ago they told me if i cancelled the claiming process with them I will be charged for there service. So my question is can I just sign up with another reclaim bank charges company to get my money back off the bank , will i get a cancellation charge from the company i signed up with long ago. What does anyone recommend? I do as I understand the banks have lost another appeal so they will be paying out again soon to customers.

I did recieve a letter from nationwide about 15 months ago stating my claim is being looked into so I know this 3rd party company was contacting Nationwide or filed a claim to nationwide on my behalf.

What is the best way to find out where I am, I know I am a disorganised but what like to put this situation to bed
