I need help, i have recently moved into a new flat and although i have sky + i dont have a telephone line, i contacted sky and asked what i needed to do. They were really helpful and sorted everything out and told me i needed to ring bt and arrange to have a phone line activated as the previous tenant took the number etc. with her.
So i phoned bt and spoke to someone so rude and horrible that i ended up hanging up in tears. i have no idea how to set up a phone line and really do need some help...
what do i need to do and ask for???
