My letter of complaint to asda after "using their shopping". I made an order two days ago. it was due to be delivered today between 2 and 4. i got a phone call automated at 8 minutes past one telling me my order was canceled.i had been totally relying on this food shopping.i am completely out of milk and needed the other shopping as well. i had to ring up and speak to some man who i could hardly understand who was unhelpful.he then hung up on me when i said i wanted to speak to someone else so i had to ring up again.still no luck with having the shopping delivered today. asda customer services obviously think its ok to mess people around like this and i was told there was no way my order would be delivered today so all thats happened is i wasted ages doing the order online in the 1st place, wasted money and time ringing up twice today and now have no shopping leaving me and my family right in it.needless to say i will never be using asda again as they are so unreliable and i will make sure i tell as many people as possible to use tesco instead unless they like stress wasted time and no shopping at the end of it all. ill put in a nice review online to as many sites as i can to this effect .youve lost my custom forever as a result of this rubbish service.
