Yes our holiday was cancelled but we were only offered a substandard holiday in replacement which cost another £400. not like for like
IF we wanted our money back we had to wait 7-10 days we paid by switch payment, this is immediate payment out of our bank but couln't get it back that quick.
so we couldnt book a further on line bargain as holiday prices were increasinbg by the hour we checked on line as looking for other holidays we had to pay brochure price so we as others we feel we were ripped off
