I have just managed to cancel the contract and get them to agree that i cancelled it with in the 14 days that i had to cancel this contract it took 3 months to sort this out so they have said that i dont need to pay the outstanding balance of 215 but it took alot of calls and a phone call with trading standards and the general consumer people, this time i have recorded the phone call where the man agrees it has been cancelled and about the outstanding payments, I just hope i dont hear anymore as i am very close to paying the money just to get them to stop sending out bills to me and to clear my name, i really hope it stops but i would be very willing to get legal action and even talk to someone as a witness to this company, when you tell daniel reese about reading all of the complaints on the complaints sites as there is more than this one he says he has never heard a bad word been said about them and noone has ever threatened legal action and that it is all in your head.

This company needs looking at
