Just rechecked and the internal clock has corrected itself - many thanks ATM as normal good advice

Sorry about that Twee, I had a problem about 2 years ago and spoke to someone at a helpdesk on a USA number who then took me through the pages to sort it out. I disposed of the Netgear router as it would not work in my present location so have no owners/tech manuals anymore.

Hardly worth phoning USA to correct the time though..........

The router does appear to work normally - but I was just confused

I had one of these Netgear routers until last year and had to adjust any settings vis the "router login" page which should be sitting somewhere on your computer desktop. Also use the netgesr site to help if you have problems finding your way through the settings. It just sometimes look more complicated than it actaully is!

Does anyone know how to set the internal clock on a Netgear DG 834GT Router ?

Mine has set itself to 00:00:00 on 01-01-2000

It appears to work fine !!
