Hi hope this helps someone as this is why I joined!

I had huge bills suddenly from Edf, thought meter were wrong, worried me for months. Were just about to get meter checked but were worried I would be charged for this as if nothing is found wrong I would have to pay costs! I had council out to check my boiler.

I decided to ring Edf one more time and spoke to a lovely lady who realized my problem.

Mine was that the meter reader had read more numbers then he were meant to. The red numbers should not be counted and this makes a huge differance to the bill !

I hope this helps someone as I know how relieved I were to get this nightmare sorted out.
