In Manchester and am trying to get my Sky fixed as have swapped over from BT. The BT engineer told me I need sky to send over a fujitsu transition engineer to the exchange. He said sky don't want to pay for them as they cost £200 an hour. Guy had already spent 3 hours trying to get it working.

Rang sky told them what engineer had said and they had never heard of a transition engineer. In fact they hung up so wondered if anybody else had heard of one.
