My guess is that you are claiming on two policies. If so, you should expect to pay two excesses.

Hi after some advice, my upstairs waste pipe from the bath split last night leading to all the bath water coming down through the bottom hall and bathroom. Rang the insurance company today who said i would have to pay £250 acess for water damage plus another £150 contents access. What I would like to know do i rearly have to pay two accesses on what is only one accident causing the damage. cheers in advance age
