    Re: Utility Bills

The "gas & electricity" tab at the top will lead you to the figures for low, medium and high usage. My guess is between £50 and £100 per month but it all depends on energy efficiency, type of heating system and whether you put on an extra jumper or turn the heating up when it gets colder.

    Utility Bills

    Hi,

Is there any way of finding out how much I might need to pay for my utility bills if I rent a 2 bed flat in Essex? I'm trying to work out what I can afford monthly (don't have £20k deposit to get a mortgage so decided to rent) and want to know how much to budget for gas, elec and water?

    Can you help?

    Thanks
