I'm researching subsidence cases that are long term. It is not unheard of for these cases to go on for 15 or more years! I have wondered what the longest unresolved subsidence claim actually is in Britain? However, initially, I would be interested to know of policyholders who have experienced their domestic subsidence problems that have gone on with their insurers for longer than 3 years.
I would also be interested to know where, if anyone knows, I might find statistics relating to subsidence claims and how they have been handled/resolved/unresolved by insurers.
