    As I understand the situation,you can reject their price increase and inform them you will now be leaving them for a new Supplier.

    They are obliged to bill you up to point of change at the old prices.Most customer Service personnel will not have been trained to understand this so you may have to elevate the situation to a supervisor.

    Atlantic electric and gas

    Recieved price rise letter today 21 oct 2008, from atlantic electric and gas, saying that they finally have to rise their prices. However my issue is that letter states from 25 aug 2008. Surely this cannot be allowed as any change we want to do we have to give a months notices, yet they made a changed 2 months ago have have only told me today.

    any thoughts??????????????????

    also is anyone else have issues getting bills?? my last was jan 08, even though i phone in aug to say they were 2 months late, i still haven't got a new one?
