    Re: CREDIT SCORING ETC:

I can add this on POSSIBLE costs if it is the FOI. I recently asked a Mobile Network how much it charged and the answer that came back was £10. Regards, Fedora

    Re: CREDIT SCORING ETC:

I would have thought so (if it is not FOI it could be Subject Access (which refers to personal information about yourself) I think FOI may be more generic information like statistics etc) - however the FOI act and Subject Access does not mean you can get you information for free - you have to pay reasonable administrative costs in collecting and sending you the information. Credit agencies already offer a service where you can pay to receive your information so putting a request in via these acts would to me seem pointless when you can just call them and get the information.

Just to clarify (not trying to insult your intelligence or anything) but you cant put a request in for anyone elses information - only your own or again generic information such as statistics.

    HOpe that answers your question.
