    This sounds like you still have a fault with the meter. You need to contact your supplier and advise that you are not happy with the bill and would like someone to come and check the meter.

    excessive electric bill

    hi im new to this forum but need some advise ive just had my electric bill £1,744.39 for the period 3 march to 11 sept 6mths i nearly died previously had a token meter went from £20 a week to nearly £40 a week complained got a tracker fitted they found the meter was running 13% to fast new quartly meter fitted £80 compensation (wow) but after the new meter was fitted my bills were still high changed from swalec to npower 6 mths later and i get this bill told to take meter readings for next week so they can asses the usage my first reading was (yesterday)34162 todays reading is34197 thats 35 unit in 24 hrs we have the usual tvs washing machine dish washer tumble dryer my wife is home all day but didnt use any appliances at all just cant get my head round this at all ive got a 3 bed house think im supplying the street can anyone help ??
