HI I TO GOT CONNED OUT OF £79.00 6WEEKS AGO WE WAS TRYING TO SELL OUR CARAVAN THEY FOUND MY ADVERT ON CARAVANS 4U I THOUGHT THEY WERE GENUINE PEOPLE WHO CARES , WITH THE CREDIT CRUNCH WE CANNOT AFFORD TO KEEP GIVING PEOPLE MONEY FOR FREE THESE PEOPLE AT EXPRESS MATCH NEEDS TO BE NAMED AND SHAMED , WE LOST OUR CARAVAN IN THE END AS WE COULD NOT AFFORD £800.00 DEP TO KEEP IT ON THE PITCH SO IT HAD TO BE SCRAPPED IT WAS ONLY 15 TEARS OLD ASWELL IM REALLY GUTTED , SO WHO EVER GETS A PHONE CALL FROM EXPRESS MATCH JUST SAY WE DONT TALK TO PHONEYS , RIP OFF MERCHANTS FROM MARIE

Hi --- It looks like you took their Platinum service, the two clauses below are from their terms & conditions.

3. With our Platinum service we charge a fee of £129.95 for a 2 week period, we will renew your advert free of charge as and when requested. This includes up to 8 photos of your vehicle, your vehicle will be top on all searches for that type and we will send your details to prospective buyers first. Also, if you are a registered buyer, you will receive new vehicle information first.

Unless you can cancel in accordance with the paragraph below, in which you have 7 days cooling off under DSR's then there is very little you can do, except hope that they do find you a buyer.

14. The Distance Selling Regulations give you the customer a cooling off period. If you have agreed with us for the service to start as soon as possible then your right to cancel will end once (1) you receive the Terms & Conditions by Email, Fax or Post and (2) our service has commenced. what a fool i have been was phoned by a lady from express match said if wasnt sure could cancel the money at the end of the day.too late 129.95 out of my account .no calls about my car.no money ,nobody answering my calls everything they told me a pack of lies thinking of taking legal action.dont know what to do
