Further to others on this forum who have had difficulties with this company and wish they hadn't given them the business, my experience was:
They only refund a small proprtion of the premium if you cancel - their excuses (to do with daily analysis of risk!!) seemed very thin.
Their site does not make easily available details that are necessary to get things done...eg claim, get refunds etc. It also was not working properly when I was last there and the voice on the phone claimed it was the first he heard of it!
This company is backed by AXA - so you might want to draw your own conclusions about giving them any business too.
