My husband and myself have moved to england from scotland (for the purpose of his job) and rented a new property. We thought we had a tenant for our house which we own in scotland but it has fallen through so as a result we now are now paying for 2 properties. we are trying to get a tenant but not sure how long it will take, we also cannot sell our house as with the current market we are in negative equity so will lose around £10,000 we think.

We also have around £10,000 debt in credit cards for which we are making payments of around £400 per month as that is all we can afford. I'm not sure what else to do or how we can get out of this before 2020! we really need some advice

Any suggestions on anything else we can do?
