HI there!

Im 23 now and im currently on work-permit for 5 years (the job started last Sep).

I have been in the UK for 4 years (compeleted Uni degree here).

Feeling sick of renting and am now considering buying an apartment. But not sure if ppl like me (i.e. on work permit, not British citizen) can apply for mortgage?

My finance is about £30k p.a.
